刮板輸送機(jī)概述

    刮板輸送機(jī)采用刮板鏈牽引，在槽內(nèi)運(yùn)送散料。在當(dāng)前采煤工作面內(nèi)，刮板輸送機(jī)的作用不僅是運(yùn)送煤和物料，而且還是采煤機(jī)的運(yùn)行軌道，因此它成為現(xiàn)代化采煤工藝中不可缺少的主要設(shè)備。刮板輸送機(jī)能保持連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，生產(chǎn)就能正常進(jìn)行。否則，整個(gè)采煤工作面就會(huì)呈現(xiàn)停產(chǎn)狀態(tài)，使整個(gè)生產(chǎn)中斷。
    刮板輸送機(jī)可用于水平運(yùn)輸，亦可用于傾斜運(yùn)輸。沿傾斜向上運(yùn)輸時(shí)，煤層傾角不得超過25°，向下運(yùn)輸時(shí)，傾角不得超過20°，當(dāng)煤層傾角較大時(shí)，應(yīng)安裝防滑裝置。

刮板輸送機(jī)工作原理

    刮板輸送機(jī)的工作原理是，將敞開的溜槽，作為煤炭、矸石或物料等的承受件，將刮板固定在鏈條上（組成刮板鏈），作為牽引構(gòu)件。當(dāng)機(jī)頭傳動(dòng)部啟動(dòng)后，帶動(dòng)機(jī)頭軸上的鏈輪旋轉(zhuǎn)，使刮板鏈循環(huán)運(yùn)行帶動(dòng)物料沿著溜槽移動(dòng)，直至到機(jī)頭部卸載。刮板鏈繞過鏈輪作無級(jí)閉合循環(huán)運(yùn)行，完成物料的輸送。
