電磁倉壁振動器
電磁倉壁激振器是附加在機(jī)械和設(shè)備上用以產(chǎn)生激勵力的裝置，也是利用機(jī)械振動的重要部件。

慣性式激振器利用偏心塊回轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生所需的激勵力。單向激勵力慣性式激振器一般由兩根轉(zhuǎn)軸和一對速比為1的齒輪組成。兩根轉(zhuǎn)軸等速反向回轉(zhuǎn),軸上兩偏心塊在Y方向產(chǎn)生慣性力的合力。工作時將激振器固定于被激件上，被激件便獲得所需的振動。在振動機(jī)械中還廣泛采用一種自同步式慣性式激振器。這種激振器的兩根轉(zhuǎn)軸分別由兩臺特性相近的感應(yīng)電動機(jī)驅(qū)動,而且不用齒輪,依靠振動同步原理使兩個帶偏心塊的轉(zhuǎn)軸實(shí)現(xiàn)等速反向回轉(zhuǎn)，從而獲得單向激勵力。
