DSF-A（B、C、D、E）型 電液動三通分料器采用了電液推桿作動力源。因其具有自動過載保護性能,當(dāng)運行受阻時，油路中壓力增高到調(diào)定的限額，溢流閥迅速而準(zhǔn)確地溢流，實行過載保護。電機運轉(zhuǎn)在額定值內(nèi)不會燒毀。當(dāng)推桿運行至調(diào)定行程終端時，電液推桿油路集成塊中設(shè)計了自鎖機構(gòu)，電機停止，活塞桿則自鎖在此位置上，處于保壓狀態(tài)。
    其中DSF-A（B）型電液動三通分料器可用于物料換向/分流。且允許在有料流通過時換向；DSF-C（D、E）型電液動三能分料器可用于物料換向分流，并且有閘門的功能；同時控制物料切斷或同時流通的作用。工作原理是通過電液推桿帶動三能分料器的轉(zhuǎn)軸機構(gòu)，來控制翻板翻轉(zhuǎn)，達到物料換向的作用。本產(chǎn)品可以直接將上部法蘭接在膠帶機頭部漏斗下或其它設(shè)備下料接口處，其一般用于在堆比重小于等于2.8t/m3且磨琢性較大、工作環(huán)境惡劣的條件下�？紤]到其結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸大、重量大(耐磨襯板較厚)，上部法蘭無法承受自身重量，使用須根據(jù)實際情況另加支承。
