ZWS型振網(wǎng)篩適用于對(duì)松散的復(fù)合肥料及其它松散的細(xì)物料進(jìn)行分級(jí)。 ZWS型振網(wǎng)篩是吸取美國(guó)先進(jìn)技術(shù)自行設(shè)計(jì)制造的，以振動(dòng)電機(jī)做為振動(dòng)源，牽引篩網(wǎng)及篩框振動(dòng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)物料分級(jí)。ZWS振網(wǎng)篩由給料器、篩箱篩面機(jī)體料斗和振網(wǎng)裝置組成。材料由給料器均勻給到篩面，分成篩上產(chǎn)品與篩下產(chǎn)品（單層篩）。本系列振網(wǎng)篩以振動(dòng)電機(jī)為振動(dòng)源，牽引篩網(wǎng)上下振動(dòng)，篩機(jī)振幅可調(diào)，以適應(yīng)不同物料的分級(jí)。篩網(wǎng)的振動(dòng)，一方面可防止篩網(wǎng)堵塞，同時(shí)使物料拋起向前彈跳實(shí)現(xiàn)分級(jí)，因而振網(wǎng)篩的篩分效率高。

ZWS型振網(wǎng)篩工作原理:
