XBZS系列彈臂振動篩工作原理

    篩箱依靠兩臺相同的振動電機或普通電機帶激振器驅(qū)動做相反方向自同步旋轉(zhuǎn)，使支承在減振器上的整個篩機做直線振動，物料從入料端落入篩后，迅速前進、松散、透篩、完成篩分作業(yè)。
本機由篩箱、振動電機（激振器）、減振系統(tǒng)及底架等組成。篩箱由篩框、篩板、襯板等組成。
    本系列篩機采用高性能、高壽命YZO系列振動電機或激振器作激振源，調(diào)節(jié)振動源激振力的大小，可以改變篩機的振幅。調(diào)整方法參看YZO系列振動電機說明書。
    減振系統(tǒng)由橡膠彈簧和卡箍、支承座等組成。底架由料倉庫及底盤架等組成。本系列振動篩激振源安裝方式可分為上振式和下振式，減振器安裝方式可分為座式或吊掛式。還可以根據(jù)用戶需要進行設計制造。

Working principles
   Screen box relies on two of the same vibration motor or ordinary with belt vibrator driven to do the opposite direction from synchronous rotation, the bearing on the shock absorber of the whole do linear vibration,after falling into a sieve material from the material end, fast forward, loose, through screen, complete screening operations.
    This machine is composed of screen box, vibration motor（vibrator）, vibration system and chassis, etc.Screen box consists of  the sieve box, sieve plate, plate, etc.
    This series machine uses high performance, high working life YZO series vibrating motor or vibrator excitation source, adjust the size of the source of vibration exciting force, can change the amplitude of the sieve machine.See YZO series vibrating motor manual adjustment method.

     Vibration isolation system is composed of the rubber spring and clamp, support, etc.Chassis consists of material warehouse and chassis frame, etc.This series of vibrating screen vibration source installation can be divided into the vibration and the vibration and shock absorber installation can be classified as a type or hanging.Can also design and manufacture to meet the need of users.
